Coming into the 2024 NBA Draft, the biggest talking point was how it was a bad class. Sandwiched in between the Victor Wembanyama draft and the Cooper Flagg draft, it was bound to be a relative disappointment; but it was far beyond that. Even in the days leading up to the draft itself, it wasn’t even clear who would go No. 1 overall. The last time that was the case, the Cavaliers ended up taking Anthony Bennett with the first pick. We know how that turned out.

Three months into the season, the 2024 draft class has lived down to low expectations. Based on its performance to date, it might actually be having the worst collective debut season of any draft class during the three-point era.
